

I work best with buyers and sellers who are committed, collaborative, and communicative and I enjoy every detail of the buying or selling process from start to finish. I bring years of remodeling experience, problem solving, and business acumen to the dance floor, but you will ultimately make all decisions regarding the finances of any transaction. I will listen carefully to your goals, advise and inform you to the best of my abilities, and then manage the entire transaction from start to finish with a carefully orchestrated plan and custom designed strategy based on your needs.
The Grubb Co. support staff of 17 in-house specialists includes graphic designers, listing and escrow coordinators, videographers, photographers, marketing specialists, high-tech engineers, administrative assistants, receptionists, mortgage brokers, managing brokers, and consultants who work closely with me on every transaction. When you work with me, you benefit from, and receive the force of their collective talents, knowledge, and strengths as well.
In order to stay up-to-date on the market, I generally tour new listings every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, but will prioritize signings, inspections, meetings, and showings as necessary. I am a subscribing member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) which lists and shows all properties that are currently for sale, have expired, are pending, or have sold in the marketplace. (The MLS is an Internet tool to search, compare and study the market and its current and past patterns.) I search all relevant web sites as needed.
Because I often work Saturdays and Sundays, I set aside Wednesdays to address personal appointments and family matters. I pick up email and phone messages - both on my cell phone and on my voice mail - several times a day and will refer you to a partnering agent should I leave town for any reason. Together, we will establish a communication system that works best for you, be it several times a day or once a week. You will receive copies of all contracts, paperwork and relevant communications from me in a timely manner and in an organized folder.
I subscribe to The Ad Review which compiles the listings that will be advertised in the weekly real estate sections of all of the local newspapers, including but not limited to: The Montclarion, The Oakland Tribune, The San Francisco Chronicle, and The Piedmonter. The Ad Review allows me to quickly preview all of the Open Homes on any given Sunday and use it to outline a custom tour for you if necessary. I do not typically accompany you on Sundays, but will meet you for private showings and meetings when it is most convenient for you.
